Program overview

SOHA runs conservation activities including afforestation, garbage collection, sensitisation and self awareness, plus promotion of domestic tourism to uplift tourism in Western Uganda.

• Afforestation: tree planting and anti-deforestation sensitisation
• Garbage collection: collection of plastics, polythene bags and other waste
• Sensitisation: awareness on the dangers of destroying the environment
• Domestic tourism: promoting tourism sites and engaging stakeholders
